WHERE WE ARE SHIPPING TO
We deliver in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Netherlands: Free shipping on orders over €99.
For orders under €99 shipping costs are €4.95, pick-up point is €4.50. - Belgium: Free shipping on orders over €130.
For all orders the shipping costs are €9.95, pick-up point is €9.50. - Germany & France: For all orders the shipping costs are €9.95.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times depend on the delivery method and courier you choose. In general, you can expect:
- Netherlands: 1-3 working days
- Belgium: 3-5 working days
- Germany & France: 4-6 working days
We always do our best to meet the stated delivery times.
During busy periods, such as around the holidays, it can sometimes take a little longer.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed on workdays before 15:00 will be packed and shipped the same day.
Order placed after 15:00 or during the weekend? We will pack your order the next workday.
TRACK YOUR PACKAGE
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email from us with a track & trace code.
This way you can follow your package!
NOT-HOME DELIVERY
Not home when the delivery person comes?
You will receive a message with information about a second delivery attempt or where you can pick up your package.
