Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal

At Ninety nine we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If you are not completely happy with your item, we are happy to make returning as easy as possible for you.


14 DAYS RETURN POLICY
You have 14 days - after you receive the item - to return your item to us. Have you registered your return within this period?
Then you have another 14 days to send your return back to us.

This helps us keep the return process clear and ensures that we can process returns as quickly as possible.

Is it not quite what you had in mind? Read below what your return must comply with and how to send the order back to us.


RETURN CONDITIONS

  • The item is unworn and unwashed.
  • The original labels and price tags are still attached to the garment.
  • The item is in its original packaging.


HOW TO RETURN

    1. Register your return via your account.
    2. Pack the items carefully.

    3. Register your return and take the package to a post office within 14 days.

      You will receive your return label once you registered your return:

      Please note: For returns within the Netherlands you will receive your return label by e-mail after registering your return.

      For returns from Belgium, Germany and France you have to create your own return label with the following return address:

REFUND
 Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 10 working days.
We do not reimburse the costs for returning items.

For returns within the Netherlands, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

For returns made under the statutory right of withdrawal, you will receive the amount you are entitled to within the legally applicable period. We may wait with the refund until we have received the returned package.

EXCHANGES

If you want to exchange your item for another model, size or color, please contact us at info@ninetyninethebrand.com, send a message via our chat or send us a DM on Instagram.
We will then send the desired item to you as soon as possible, when in stock.

CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ninetyninethebrand.com.
As long as the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it free of charge.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase agreement for a product within a 30-day period without any reason.
The cooling-off period starts on the day after you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, 
has received the product.
To make use of your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, by e-mail or by using the model withdrawal form).
You may use our online withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. You may also notify us of your withdrawal by e-mail at info@ninetyninethebrand.com.
