At Ninety nine we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If you are not completely happy with your item, we are happy to make returning as easy as possible for you.
30 DAYS RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days - after you receive the item - to return your item to us. Is it not quite what you had in mind? Read below what your return must comply with and how to send the order back to us.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- The item is unworn and unwashed.
- The original labels and price tags are still attached to the garment.
- The item is in its original packaging.
HOW TO RETURN

- Register your return via your account.
- Pack the items carefully.

Register your return and take the package to a post office within 14 days.
You will receive your return label once you registered your return:
Please note: For returns within the Netherlands you will receive your return label by e-mail after registering your return.
For returns from Belgium, Germany and France you have to create your own return label with the following return address:

REFUND
Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 10 working days.
We do not reimburse the costs for returning items.
The return costs are for the customer and will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

We will then send the desired item to you as soon as possible, when in stock.
